You will need

2 tbsp Black Treacle

2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

125g Tomato Sauce

125ml Water

1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar

1 tbsp Wholegrain Mustard

1 tbsp Light Brown Soft Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Tabasco Pepper Sauce

1/4 teaspoon Garlic Granules

1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper


1. Beat all the ingredients together in a saucepan over a medium heat.

2. Bring to the boil,reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

3. Remove from heat and allow to completely cool.

4. Pour into a glass jar and refrigerate, uncovered, for 8 hours or overnight to allow the flavours to blend correctly.
