Premium Molasses has a very strong flavour. Its colour can vary depending on crop. Premium Molasses has a higher sugar value than cane treacle and is suitable for Christmas puddings, toffee, savoury sauces and marinades for cooking. It is also used as a natural food colourant and as a natural food supplement.
