Blackstrap Molasses
Blackstrap Molasses is extracted from the third boiling of the cane sugar juice. It is found in health shops as a food supplement. 2 teaspoons of Blackstrap Molasses provides 13.3% of daily iron requirement and 11 .8% of calcium requirement. It also provides 9.7% potassium, 7.3 % magnesium and over 5% vitamin B6 of our daily requirements.
Blackstrap Molasses is used as a health supplement to help treat cancer of the colon, migraine attacks, muscle spasms/cramps, osteo-arthritis, rheumatoid-arthritis, strokes, poor nervous system and skin disorders, amongst others.
