The natural cane juice is pressed from sun-ripened sugar cane then filtered and crystallised. No further refining is necessary to produce this free-flowing crystalline sugar, unrefined raw cane sugar is suitable for beverages, biscuits, cakes, toppings, and breakfast cereals and bars. It has a very subtle colour and flavour profile not achievable using white sugar.
It is ideal for crunch toppings and also increases the spread of biscuits.
