Ragus Fairtrade Cane Syrup is made from Fairtrade demerara sugar. It has a stronger colour and flavour profile than golden syrup. The primary use of this distinctive syrup is in biscuits, cakes, puddings and preserves with low-acid fruits. Its use prevents crystallisation in the finished product.
